Working across the artistic-curatorial-academic spectrum for twenty-five years, I have stopped for long periods in a number of halting places and acquired different professional titles. I like to chew ideas like pieces of gum, watch them stick onto each other, stretch, and make new shapes; materiality and words meeting on equal grounds.
My interests lie in constellations, inter-relationships, and in-between areas; in working across structures, infrastructures, disciplines, and fields. Whether my practice takes the form of an exhibition, a seminar, or a poem depends on the ideas at hand. The artistic, socio-cultural, and political are intertwined. Making art as if the world mattered. Making the world as if art mattered.
